Our first spring veg starts are Elisa Craig onions. A lovely Scottish sweet onion of large size and the cornerstone of Scottish Cusine.
Started very early using our south windows it was not long before they were sprouted and up.
From there we put them into our 18 hour light vertical grow room for a week just to get some size on them. They were hardened in a cold frame for a another week.
And now they planted out in the fields with the extras plants put at the gate ready for your gardens.
