Rainbow chard is not only visually stunning but sautéed with oranges it provides a new taste to your culinary experience.
Tablespoon of olive oil
2 handfuls of Swiss chard (large stems sliced very thin), leaves cut into 1-inch strips
2 mandin oranges peeled
tablespoon of sugar or honey
salt & pepper
In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high. Add orange & sugar. Cook, tossing frequently until the orange is starting to caramelize, then add the ,Swiss chard cooking until chard wilts, about 4 minutes. Season with coarse salt and ground pepper, then add juice of the orange; toss to coat.
